Children between 3-11 years old avail a discounted rate. Kids under 3 years old can fly for free. Children need an accompanying adult, and proof of age will be required.

Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.

Smoking is also strictly prohibited during the experience.

There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.

Proof of age is required for children and infants during ticket redemption.

Pregnant ladies over 3 months, any person with Heart problems / serious knee & back pain, who has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months,  and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.

Eating and drinking during the flight are prohibited.

Handbags and backpacks will be allowed onboard. However, big travel bags will not be permitted.

Only coffee, tea, and snacks are provided during the ride. However, breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be enjoyed at The Avenues at Atlantis.

By Car/Cab: The Atlantis is 25.9 km from the Dubai City Center. You can reach the location within 51 minutes by car or cab.

By Metro: Take a metro to Dubai Marina Metro station 10.1 km from the Atlantis the Palm. You can reach the location within 34 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. You can contact our support team for manual cancellation - Our team will review it manually and let you know of any possibility.

Child Policy

• Children below 3 years of age will be considered infant
• Children between 3 to 12 years will be charged child rate
• Above 12 Year will be considered as Adult

How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?
You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.


Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
