IMG Worlds of Adventure:


Dress code: It's recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear that's appropriate for an amusement park. However, revealing clothing and swimwear are not allowed.


Height restrictions: Some of the rides at IMG have height restrictions, so it's important to check these before getting in line to avoid disappointment.


Food and drink: Outside food and drink are not allowed inside the park, except for baby food and medically necessary items. However, there are plenty of food and drink options available for purchase inside the park.


Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the park except for designated smoking areas.


Queue jumping: Cutting in line or jumping queues is strictly prohibited and can result in expulsion from the park.


Photography and videography: Taking photographs and videos is allowed throughout the park, except for designated areas where photography is not allowed for safety reasons.


Safety guidelines: It's important to follow all safety guidelines and instructions given by ride attendants and park staff.


Accessibility: The park offers accessibility options for guests with disabilities, including wheelchair rentals and accessible entrances to some attractions.


Dubai Dolphinarium:


Entry from the main gate (street gate) is restricted.


If you have purchased regular tickets, then the seating is on a first-come-first-served basis. (Try arriving at least 15 minutes before the show to get the best seats for the show.)


The creek park charges AED 5 per person upon arrival.


Note that the age limit for swimming with the dolphins is 7 years and above. If the child is below 7 years of age, they will not be allowed.

How to Reach?


IMG Worlds of Adventure:


By car: If you have access to a car or are renting one, you can drive to IMG by following the signs to Dubai Parks and Resorts. There is plenty of parking available at the park.


By taxi or ride-sharing service: Taxis and ride-sharing services such as Uber and Careem are widely available in Dubai and can take you directly to IMG.


By public transportation: The nearest metro station to IMG is the UAE Exchange Station, which is on the Red Line. From there, you can take a taxi or bus to the park.


By shuttle bus: Some hotels in Dubai offer shuttle buses to Dubai Parks and Resorts, including IMG. Check with your hotel to see if this is an option.


Dubai Dolphinarium:


The Dubai Dolphinarium is located in the heart of Dubai and is easily accessible by car or public transport. If you are driving, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and exit at Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa towards Al Asayel Street. From there, follow the signs to the Dolphinarium. If you prefer to take public transport, you can take the Dubai Metro and get off at the Mall of the Emirates station. From there, you can take a taxi or bus to the Dolphinarium.

Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
