Individuals entering the Park must hold a valid ticket.


You have to present the original ticket or online e-ticket to gain entry into the Park.


Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and hold a valid ticket.


You must strictly adhere to the restrictions and follow all instructions in the Park.


Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family theme park and in keeping with the culture and values of the United Arab Emirates.


Locker rental is available for your convenience at an additional charge; valuable items should be stored in these lockers or not brought into the Park.

Entry timings and/or Ticket prices may be changed, varied, or amended without notice or liability.


Personal belongings must be kept in a safe place. Liability for any lost or stolen property is expressly excluded.


Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby refused. The outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions for your safety. Refunds and re-scheduling of entry are not offered for inclement weather.


Photos and/or videos taken at, from or during the visit may not be commercially used. Usage of cameras, video recordings or otherwise may be disallowed at any time without notice.


Pets are not permitted.


The ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the Ticket. Latecomers will not be admitted.


ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival.


Children can access the Lounge with the regular junior admission tickets when accompanied by an adult during non-prime hours. Soft Beverages are available at the Lounge with an extra charge.

New Operational Hours: All days: 09:00 Hrs to 19:30 Hrs (Last entry-19:30 Hrs)


Non-Prime Hours: All days: 09:00 to 16:00 Hrs and 19:00 & 19:30 Hrs.


We will continue to offer complimentary access to Level 54 (Next Level) until we complete the ongoing enhancement work on Level 52.


Fast Track tickets are available in the portal for those who wish to skip the line & get fast track entry.

By bus: There will be a free shuttle bus available, with the schedule to be shared on the official website.


By car: It is recommended to take a taxi or private car to the venue.


The View at the Palm
By Metro: The monorail stops right in front of the tower and is available throughout the day.


By Bus: Several bus lines are available. Click here for the bus schedule.


By Car: The most convenient way to get to Palm Tower is by hailing a taxi.

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. You can contact our support team for manual cancellation - Our team will review it manually and let you know of any possibility.

How can I book my ticket?
Ticket booking is very easy. You can make the booking online by visiting our official website, offline mode by visiting our office or through WhatsApp message or call the number +971506800227 or else through our customer support team. Any of the methods you can choose and book your tickets.


What is the method of payment to book the tickets?
You can easily book your tickets through the following online modes: debit card, credit card, phone Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. If you want, you can also visit our office and pay the ticket booking amount in cash.


How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?
You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.


Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.


Are there any types of transfers included in the ticket?
Please check the Inclusions and Exclusions section above. You will definitely get your reply from there.


Can I get a private transfer if I pay an extra amount?
Yes, you can definitely get a private transfer, as we offer transfers based on your request. Do contact our customer support team for the details and pricing policy.


Is food allowed inside the attraction?
No, food and beverages are not permitted inside the premises.
