Individuals entering the Park must hold a valid ticket.


You have to present the original ticket or online e-ticket to gain entry into the Park.


Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and hold a valid ticket.


You must strictly adhere to the restrictions and follow all instructions in the Park.


Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family theme park and in keeping with the culture and values of the United Arab Emirates.


Locker rental is available for your convenience at an additional charge; valuable items should be stored in these lockers or not brought into the Park.

Note that for visitors who wish to watch the sunset between 3 pm and 7 pm, booking an entry time of approx is recommended ninety minutes prior during peak seasons.


Make sure to arrive at least 20-30 min prior to the scheduled visit.


Please note that parental consent is required in person for those under 18.


Note that the weight restrictions are 30 – 120 kg, and the height restrictions are 135 – 200 cm.


Guests must be in good medical condition (not have conditions that require immediate medical attention), free of existing or recurring injuries, and not under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment (e.g., medicine).


Note that the guests should be free from serious physical or mental disorders that impair physical and mental functioning and tasks required to be done during the experience.


Understand that wearing the Edge Walk overall is necessary to ensure the safety of all guests.

By bus: There will be a free shuttle bus available, with the schedule to be shared on the official website.


By car: It is recommended to take a taxi or private car to the venue.


Sky Views Dubai
By bus: The closest bus stop is Dubai Mall Metro Bus Stop Landside 1. It is a quick 6-minute walk to the attraction. Board buses 30, DO3, DO3A, and more to get you there.


By metro: The closest metro station is Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station. It is a quick 6-minute walk to the attraction. Board the MRED to get you there.

How can I book my ticket?
Ticket booking is very easy. You can make the booking online by visiting our official website, offline mode by visiting our office or through WhatsApp message or call the number +971506800227 or else through our customer support team. Any of the methods you can choose and book your tickets.


What is the method of payment to book the tickets?
You can easily book your tickets through the following online modes: debit card, credit card, phone Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. If you want, you can also visit our office and pay the ticket booking amount in cash.


How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?
You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.


Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.


Are there any types of transfers included in the ticket?

Can I get a private transfer if I pay an extra amount?
