Important Information

This transfer service is available for Terminal 1, 2 and 3 for Dubai International Airport only.

This is a one-way transfer service only .

Please carry your valid ID proof and passport along with you.

Oversized and excess baggage is subject to the availability of storage space.

If guests fail to reach within the given time there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.

Limousine and luxury transfers are also available but with an extra cost.

Kindly keep 3 hrs difference in between your departure and drop-off time to avoid any inconvenience.

Timing

Your pick-up from your hotel or residence will be done according to your mentioned time while booking.

Kindly keep a minimum of 3.5 hrs. difference between your flight departure and Pickup from the location.

Your drop-off transfer will be from your hotel or residence and you can relax and enjoy your ride as you are in the safe hands of a professional driver who will take you to the airport safely.

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. You can contact our support team for manual cancellation - Our team will review it manually and let you know of any possibility.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
