The waiver form needs to be filled out 24 hours before the flight. Please fill out the Wavier Form and submit the form online. 
Please carry a valid ID (Passport/Driving License/Any Govt. ID) proof along with you. (Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly)
Transfers are available from Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre & Dubai Outlet Mall.
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and must weigh less than 120 kg.
Pregnant woman will not be allowed to fly, Children less than 5 years of age & Anyone more than 85 years of age will not be permitted to fly
Any person who has a Serious Heart problem or any injury in last 6 months, and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
Disabilities covering mental health and emotional / Physical disabilities are not allowed

Cancellation Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. You can contact our support team for manual cancellation - Our team will review it manually and let you know of any possibility.

Child Policy

• Children between age 5 to 11 years of  will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• NOTE: Children under five years old and individuals over 65 years old will not be permitted to fly.

What is the method of payment to book the tickets?
You can easily book your tickets through the following online modes: debit card, credit card, phone Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. If you want, you can also visit our office and pay the ticket booking amount in cash.


How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?
You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.


Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.


Are there any types of transfers included in the ticket?
Please check the Inclusions and Exclusions section above. You will definitely get your reply from there.


Can I get a private transfer if I pay an extra amount?
Yes, you can definitely get a private transfer, as we offer transfers based on your request. Do contact our customer support team for the details and pricing policy.


Is food allowed inside the attraction?
No, food and beverages are not permitted inside the premises.
