The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.

How to reach?

By Metro: Take a metro from your nearest metro station to Jumeirah Lakes Towers metro station, which lies on the Redline, namely M1 to reach JBR.


By Tram: Hop on to a tram as per your location and reach Jumeirah Lakes Towers Tram station which is connected to Jumeirah Lakes Towers metro station.


By Bus: Take Bus-8, Bus-84, and Bus-55A bus lines from your nearest bus stop to reach JBR.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 72 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. You can contact our support team for manual cancellation - Our team will review it manually and let you know of any possibility.

Child Policy

• Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

What is the method of payment to book the tickets?
You can easily book your tickets through the following online modes: debit card, credit card, phone Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. If you want, you can also visit our office and pay the ticket booking amount in cash.


How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?
You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.


Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.


Are there any types of transfers included in the ticket?

Can I get a private transfer if I pay an extra amount?
