Helicopter Ride in Abu Dhabi

Important information

All passengers must arrive at the heliport site at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited during the ride.
Passengers' weight will be checked before boarding to ensure compliance with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
Passengers are advised to dress comfortably in light sportswear. Wearing earrings and large jewelry items is not permitted onboard the aircraft.
Tour routes may be subject to change based on air traffic control regulations.
Insurance coverage is provided for every passenger in accordance with local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
Individuals with heart conditions, physical disabilities, recent major surgeries, or pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this activity.



Timing

The activity will start as per the selected time slot.
One should arrive 30 mins before the designated time.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. You can contact our support team for manual cancellation - Our team will review it manually and let you know of any possibility.

Child Policy

• Kids above 2 years can only fly due to regulations they need to sit in their own seat.

Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
