Note that original Passports are mandatory for check-in, as is a disclaimer that has to be signed by the passengers.


A maximum of 6 passengers are allowed per flight and seating is generally determined by the pilot based on the weight of each passenger.

All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.


Guests are required to arrive 30 mins prior.

Children below 2 years are not allowed on the flight.


Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.


This experience is restricted for those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. You can contact our support team for manual cancellation - Our team will review it manually and let you know of any possibility.

Child Policy

• Kids above 2 years can only fly due to regulations they need to sit in their own seat.
