On arrival at Dubai Parks and Resorts make your way through Riverland, the dining and entertainment district that connects our theme parks to each other, and head to the entrance of LEGOLAND® Dubai or LEGOLAND® Water Park to start your day. 


When you arrive at the park, we recommend that you pick up a map and check the daily entertainment schedule posted in the park to plan out your day and make the most of your visit. All of the daytime live entertainment, rides, and attractions in the park are included in the price of your ticket, so you are free to explore the park at your leisure with unlimited access to all of the rides on the day of your visit.


Please note that some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.


Please note that some activities may not be operational due to maintenance or up-gradation and subject to availability.


It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as the experience may involve a fair amount of walking.


This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.


Outside food is not allowed in the park. You can enjoy your meals from the food and beverage outlets located inside the park.

LEGOLAND Dubai is located at Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.


A taxi would be the best way to reach the venue.

How can I book my ticket?
Ticket booking is very easy. You can make the booking online by visiting our official website, offline mode by visiting our office or through WhatsApp message or call the number +971506800227 or else through our customer support team. Any of the methods you can choose and book your tickets.


What is the method of payment to book the tickets?
You can easily book your tickets through the following online modes: debit card, credit card, phone Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. If you want, you can also visit our office and pay the ticket booking amount in cash.


How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?
You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.


Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.


Are there any types of transfers included in the ticket?

Can I get a private transfer if I pay an extra amount?
Yes, you can definitely get a private transfer, as we offer transfers based on your request. Do contact our customer support team for the details and pricing policy.
