Please report to the venue 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
Infants are not allowed for this tour.
Children must be accompanied by an adult through out the visit.
Each passenger must have identification documents to be allowed to onboard
No outside food is allowed on board, we only provide bottled mineral water to quench your thirst.
Pregnant Women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this Tour.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under the age of 4 are considered infants and infants are not allowed.
Children between ages 4 to 12 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
Children above the age of 12 years will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
