Important Information

Guests are encouraged to bring a camera to capture some spectacular views.
Footwear not allowed on board- slipper will be provided
Please carry a valid ID /passport while boarding.
Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed.
Child should be accompanied by Adult throughout the visit.
Guests are requested to reach 30 min prior to the reporting time.
If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 5 years will be considered as infant and not allowed.
Children above 5 will be considered as adult an adult rate will be charged.
