Sunseeker Superyacht Experience

• Guests are encouraged to bring a camera to capture some spectacular views.
• Footwear not allowed on board- slipper will be provided 
• Please carry a valid ID /passport while boarding.
• Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed.
• Child should be accompanied by Adult throughout the visit.
• Guests are requested to reach 30 min prior to the reporting time.
• If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 5 years will be considered as infant and not allowed.
• Children above 5 will be considered as adult an adult rate will be charged.

• Does this tour include a guide?

A: Yes, most our tours do include an English speaking guide.

• What is the waiting time at each spot that we cover?

A: Depending on different attractions, the waiting time is 15 to 20 minutes or maybe a drive by.

• What type of vehicle will be provide?

A: It solely depends on the size of the group that you accompany the vehicle could range from a 7 seating coach to even a 50 seating coach.

• Is the tour offered in a group or exclusively?

A: The tours are offered in a group with a other tourists however we do have options to make exclusive reservations at extra cost.

• What are the cancellation rules for the these bookings?

A: The booking can be cancelled before a notice of 24hrs and an acknowledgement from your agent. However it is advisable to check the same at the time of booking to avoid any glitches.

• How far in advance can I book?

A: You can make reservation up to 24 hours prior to the trip.
