For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Infants (0-11 months): Infants enter free of charge. Accompanying adults must purchase an adult ticket.
Children (2-16 years): Children are eligible for one complimentary adult entry per Child ticket. Extra accompanying adult should purchase an adult ticket.
Height Requirement for Toshi’s Nets: Children must be a minimum height of 0.90m and a maximum height of 1.5m to enter Toshi’s Nets.
Toddlers (12-23 months): Toddlers tickets can be bought at the venue directly.
