Individuals entering the Park must hold a valid ticket.


You have to present the original ticket or online e-ticket to gain entry into the Park.


Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and hold a valid ticket.


You must strictly adhere to the restrictions and follow all instructions in the Park.


Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family theme park and in keeping with the culture and values of the United Arab Emirates.


Locker rental is available for your convenience at an additional charge; valuable items should be stored in these lockers or not brought into the Park.


Dubai Frame
Note that up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.


Large bags and strollers must be kept at the GATE 4 Counter.


Differently-abled people can enter for free. 


Wheelchairs and pram/stroller are accessible.


Note that outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.


Smoking is not allowed at Dubai Frame.


Don’t lean or climb over the railing or sit or place children on the railing.


Toys and sharp tools are not allowed.


Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched or removed.


Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

Dubai Frame is open all year round, including weekends and public holidays. Visit timing may vary during the holy month of Ramadan and public holidays.


Opening hours are from 9 am to 9 pm.

By car: It is recommended to take a taxi or private car to the venue.

The closest metro station to the Dubai Frame is the Max Metro Station. It is a 10-minute walk to the attraction.

How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?
You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.


Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
